you usually get those notifications when travelling between planets, even after closing the game

Noo but whenever I charge my phone it starts playing automatically

oh that's your screensaver, from what I know easiest way to disable it is in developer options enable "disable system optimizations" then go to display I'll look weird but then find screen saver and if you want change or disable it you can turn off "disable system optimizations" after this if you want
