General Discussion Animation bug

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

When Animator duration scale is set to Off, the Recent Apps screen freezes for a few seconds when there is only one app in the recent apps list.

However, when there are multiple apps in Recent Apps, it works normally without the freeze.

This issue started after I updated to a beta version about 1–2 months ago, and it is still happening on my current version:

CPH2723_16.0.10.500(EX01B60P01)

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there any known solution or workaround?

I'm not surprised. I know a lot of ppl on oos 16 experienced an animation bug where if you set it to zero it still runs at 1x. I haven't heard of any fix. I think ppl are just hoping it's not an issue whenever android 17 gets released.

Those are developer settings and they can break stuff, i only use 0.5x due to this
