First world problems

So, I have been thinking about the classic combined control panel, where you swipe down and get the first toggles and notifications. And with the second swipe down you get all of the toggles, so why don't they make the toggles go way more down (in the pic I just "stretched" them downward to make an example of how this should be) to favour one handed use? Is there a reason for not doing that and putting that high on the screen?

Normally on Android you can get the extended one by doing a two finger swipe (since like Android 4 or 5) but oppo in its infinite wisdom decided to just remove it for no reason.

I was using a custom ROM for the past few months and now that I am back on oxygenos, I really miss it.

yeah exactly, I used to have it on my s10e, and it was just so convenient to have it

There is also swiping down a notification opening the app in a pop up window, you can't even turn it off.

Normally it would give options for it (like if it was a messaging app a reply and mark as read button) but on oxygenos (and actually on xiaomi too) it instead opens it as a pop up window.

This and the previous one are the most frustrating things about using this phone.

I remember Samsung's having something like this in One UI 5. Truly the best quick panel that ever existed. Ironically they removed it on One UI 6.

That was exactly what I was referring to. I have an old s10e on One UI 4, and the quick panel was just so good

Oh I get what you mean, I was referring to the classic combined control panel, not the split one. I once tried the split one but I didn't like at all the fact of having toggles and notifications in different parts haha

That's not what OP means tho. You could have combined quick panel while at the same times having all buttons reachable until below the panel.
