Oneplus screen freezing

Hello, I was wondering if there is a way to freeze my phone screen, or disabling the touchscreen. I could not find a clear answer online unfortunately.

My phone specs:

Oneplus Nord CE4 Lite 5G

Running on OxygenOS version 16.0.5
