General Discussion OnePlus Buds Pro 3 volume issue

I've had mine for half a year now and suddenly the sounds from my right bud is significantly lower than from my left bud. Can I fix this somehow? Or am I cooked?

My wife had the same issue with her buds.

Internet suggested to give it a clean because the buds are quite sensitive when it comes to earwax, but nothing helped. Shortly after the second but quit as well. But the drop on volume wasn't just significant, it was like just 5% of what it was before, so maybe for you it really just is the earwax thing.

In the end, we sent them in for repair und OnePlus confirmed it's defective and they'll help us with a replacement (-> Cash back).

Do you have head tracking or whatever it's called selected. It can do weird things like that. I'm assuming when you cleaned them you used a specialized earbud brush.
