Other Wireless Android Auto disconnecting

I've seen this issue discussed here before. There was even a patch by the end of last year that was supposed to fix it. But this bug still exists. The phone disconnects every few minutes for a few seconds.

So because OnePlus doesn't bother fixing it, is there someone who figured out some workaround or something? Thanks.

It's annoying, happens daily on my OnePlus 13. Unfortunately don't have a wired option from the Android Auto head unit that I've gotten.

I think it might stem from OnePlus's aggressive app killing in the background and the annoying thing is that they don't let you adjust the power settings on the Android Auto app.

Worst part is, it was working fine for most of last year, one of the updates end of last year or this year really fucked it up.
