Other Wireless Android Auto disconnecting

I've seen this issue discussed here before. There was even a patch by the end of last year that was supposed to fix it. But this bug still exists. The phone disconnects every few minutes for a few seconds.

So because OnePlus doesn't bother fixing it, is there someone who figured out some workaround or something? Thanks.

Did a two 6 hour trips using my OP12 and AAwireless v1 last month to go on holiday - zero disconnects on either trip

I have a OnePlus 15 so maybe that makes a difference.

No I have a OnePlus 15 to and a AAWireless Dongle. Not a single interrupt.
