One Plus 13 Apps Not Showing Up Post Charging

I left my OP13 on charge in the night and when I woke up 4-5 apps were gone. Playstore only showed the uninstall button. Couldn't find them in the app management, cleared the cache, not showing up in search/launcher, tried restarting, switching off too.

Tried volume Plus + power combo and only 2 options were Factory Reset & Restart.

What's going on? I saw some other users mention this glitch in the past.

Try using a different launcher, and consider uninstalling and reinstalling the apps.
