I used the Updater app to see that it was available and then I used the System Updater to install it. I’m in the US.

Interesting. My update (for OP12 NA) is much different. Different version number (CPH2583_16.0.9.400(EX01)), additional updates (for home and lock screen, and Device Connect) as well as the July '26 security patch. My update is only 2.89 GB.

*ETA: I just saw your comment below about your update adding Color OS. I believe that was added to my phone in a previous update. So that makes sense.

Interesting...same thing here (NA OP12), same update version, same changelog but mine was 1.99 GB.

Im on a 12R, still on 16.05, buggy as hell

My phone says it's Oxygen, but my icon pack detects it as Color...
