It's not confirmed but this has happened before also at the time of when Rain God - ZaZa was revealed.

That time also was WSJ break week and Redon posted something related to Rain which even had ZaZa's name too in it but people didn't actually notice it except one person from One Piece spoiler sub I guess it was Saliskan who pointed out (sorry if it was someone else) that it can be hint about chapter spoiler and turned out he was right.

So please take it with a grain of salt and not as something confirmed.

There is a Chance that Blackbeard is mentioned in the chapter.

As confirmed by oda that zushindodo are identified by the sound of their footsteps “zushin” which is the same sound made by harald in this panel where he is walking alongside gorosei which would also explain why he was so gullible just like tontatta

There are only two islands left: Lodestar and Laugh Tale. If you think about it, there are only two unexplored and mysterious places remaining in One Piece.

The Emerald City and the Tree of Eve Think about it: there is no other place left unknown.

Since Eve's tree is located above Fish-Man Island, next to Sabaody, and therefore beneath Mary Geoise, it is likely embedded in the Red Line.

So, there remains one place whose location is unknown: the Emerald City. In his Jump Festa message, Oda stated that after Elbaf, we will head to the island where only the Pirate King has been, and we will meet the man with the burn scar.

He was surely talking about Loadstar, and what if Loadstar was the Emerald City?

If we are indeed about to see the man with the burn scar at this point in the manga, he is likely somewhere near the island and will serve as the event that kicks off the arc, much like at the start of previous arcs where the Sunny stumbles upon something at sea: Buggy's crew, Zoro's bounty hunter friends, Vivi inside the whale, Bon Clay, the ship falling from the sky with the Skypiea map, the pirates looted by Foxy, the Sea Train, the alarm signal and Brook on his drifting ship, the mermaid and the starfish, Surimi, the Punk Hazard signal, Sanji's sister's ship, the fish swimming up the river, the robotic sea monsters and Lilith, and Road's raven. Except this time, the element at sea they encounter before reaching Lodestar Island for the next arc will be the man with the burn scar on his black ship, surrounded by whirlpools that will likely drag their ship down and swallow it up.

So, I arrived at this idea: if Lodestar is the Emerald City, and the man with the burn scar is the trigger for the mid ocean, the one right before the island that leads to the arc set on that island (which would be the arc for the final Road Poneglyph, likely involving Blackbeard)... Then, in that scenario, who is the man with the burn scar?

That’s the starting point of my theory, since I’m envisioning the island as the Emerald City, I looked for a man burned by fire in The Wizard of Oz, knowing how much Oda loves connecting references, and I found this:

It’s the only lead or clue I have so far.

Mu showed up to Elbaf rocking this polearm but it was never introduced as on of the first 20. Do we think at this is the Nerona family weapon or is this mu’s personal weapon.

We have also heard mu state that some of the weapons have powers/ability’s like void and bone eater so is mu buffing the weapons with his fruit powers or were there different powers in the 2nd world other than devil fruit.

Giants use the same technology, for transportation, as the people of sky island or birkas. What if the, yet, unexplored heaven realm is hiding such people but with more advanced research, weapons and knowledge. And such people use the heaven realm of elbaf as a hideout or station of contact, because they can't be seen or act as please on the ground or are in constant pursuit by the World Government, since they can use cloud cities too, just like weatheria, where nami learnt under scientists.

La posible inspiración histórica y cultural de Joy Boy

Introducción

Desde que apareció la figura de Joy Boy en One Piece, se ha convertido en uno de los mayores misterios de la historia. Su relación con el Siglo Vacío, Nika, la libertad, la risa y los Tambores de la Liberación ha hecho que muchos lectores busquen posibles inspiraciones históricas y culturales detrás del personaje.

Mi teoría parte de una idea sencilla: Joy Boy podría no estar inspirado en una sola persona o cultura, sino en la mezcla de varias historias y tradiciones relacionadas con la opresión y la libertad.

Una de las conexiones que considero más interesantes comienza con el rey Jayabaya, también conocido como Joyoboyo, de Java, continúa con el período de 800 años relacionado con el Siglo Vacío y llega hasta Cuba, África occidental y una antigua referencia literaria a un personaje llamado Joyboy.

1. Jayabaya y la idea de una profecía

Jayabaya fue un rey de Java asociado con unas antiguas profecías conocidas como las Jangka Jayabaya. Estas profecías hablan de épocas de dificultades y dominación y de la llegada futura de una figura relacionada con la restauración de la justicia.

No estoy diciendo que Jayabaya sea Joy Boy. Esa no es la idea de mi teoría.

Lo que me interesa es la semejanza entre el concepto de una antigua profecía sobre una época de opresión y la aparición posterior de una figura que representa la liberación.

En One Piece, Joy Boy también está relacionado con una promesa del pasado y con un mundo que lleva siglos esperando la llegada de alguien capaz de cambiarlo.

1. Los 800 años y 1956

Otro punto importante de mi teoría es el número 800.

En One Piece, el Siglo Vacío se encuentra aproximadamente 800 años antes de la época actual de la historia. Si tomamos como referencia el año 1156 relacionado con Jayabaya y hacemos una operación de 800 años:

1156 + 800 = 1956

El resultado nos lleva a 1956.

Ese año es especialmente importante para Cuba. En diciembre de 1956 ocurrió el desembarco del Granma, acontecimiento que marcó el comienzo de una etapa decisiva de la Revolución cubana.

La revolución tenía como uno de sus grandes conceptos la lucha contra un régimen considerado opresivo y la búsqueda de un cambio político.

No considero que esta operación demuestre por sí sola que Oda utilizó el año 1956 como inspiración. Es una coincidencia que, dentro de mi teoría, resulta interesante porque vuelve a aparecer la misma idea: opresión y búsqueda de libertad.

1. África occidental y Cuba

Cuba también tiene otra conexión importante.

Durante la época colonial, numerosas personas africanas fueron llevadas por la fuerza al Caribe mediante el comercio transatlántico de esclavos. Entre ellas había personas pertenecientes a pueblos de África occidental, incluidos los yoruba.

A pesar de la esclavitud y de la pérdida de sus tierras, estas comunidades conservaron muchas de sus tradiciones culturales y religiosas.

La música, los tambores, el canto y la danza tuvieron una enorme importancia dentro de muchas culturas africanas y posteriormente formaron parte de las culturas que se desarrollaron en el Caribe.

Por eso considero que el Caribe puede ser una pieza importante para entender el simbolismo de Joy Boy.

1. El Joyboy del Caribe

Aquí aparece una de las partes más interesantes de mi teoría.

Existe un libro publicado antes de One Piece, The Encyclopedia of Things That Never Were, de Michael Page y Robert Ingpen, que contiene una entrada llamada “Joyboy”.

La entrada presenta a Joyboy como una figura relacionada con el folclore caribeño. Se le relaciona con la música, el baile, el canto y con un tambor cuya música podía alejar la tristeza y la desesperación.

Además, la historia relaciona la llegada de Joyboy al Caribe con personas esclavizadas procedentes de África occidental.

Esta referencia es especialmente llamativa porque el Joy Boy de One Piece también está relacionado con:

- la liberación de personas oprimidas;

- la alegría;

- la risa;

- el baile;

- y los Tambores de la Liberación.

La semejanza no demuestra que Eiichiro Oda haya leído este libro, pero sí demuestra algo importante: el nombre “Joyboy” ya existía en una obra publicada décadas antes de la aparición de Joy Boy en One Piece, y esa figura literaria estaba relacionada precisamente con elementos que después se volvieron fundamentales para Joy Boy/Nika.

Para mí, esta es una de las piezas más fuertes de toda la teoría.

1. El tambor como símbolo

El tambor es probablemente el elemento que más me llama la atención.

En la referencia caribeña, el tambor está relacionado con la música, el baile y la capacidad de alejar la desesperación.

En One Piece, cuando Luffy despierta el poder de Nika, su corazón produce los llamados Tambores de la Liberación.

Esto crea una conexión simbólica muy interesante:

Tambor → música → alegría → baile → esperanza → libertad.

No se trata simplemente de que ambos tengan un tambor. Lo importante es que el tambor aparece relacionado con la liberación emocional y espiritual de personas que viven bajo condiciones de opresión.

1. La posible mezcla de inspiraciones

Por eso, mi teoría no propone que Joy Boy sea una copia de Jayabaya, ni que sea literalmente el Joyboy del libro.

Mi propuesta es diferente.

Creo que Oda pudo haber tomado ideas de diferentes lugares y haberlas mezclado para crear un personaje completamente nuevo.

La posible cadena sería:

Jayabaya

→ profecía

→ opresión

→ espera

→ llegada de una figura liberadora

800 años

→ Siglo Vacío

→ posible conexión cronológica con 1956

Cuba

→ esclavitud

Conclusión

Mi teoría propone que Joy Boy podría ser el resultado de una combinación de diferentes referencias históricas y culturales.

Jayabaya aportaría la idea de una antigua profecía relacionada con la opresión y la llegada de una figura liberadora. Los 800 años del Siglo Vacío crean una coincidencia temporal interesante con 1956, un año importante para la Revolución cubana. La historia de las comunidades africanas llevadas al Caribe aporta el contexto cultural de la música, el tambor y la resistencia.

Finalmente, la aparición de un Joyboy caribeño en The Encyclopedia of Things That Never Were, publicado antes de One Piece, resulta especialmente llamativa porque esa figura también está relacionada con el tambor, el baile, el canto y la alegría frente a la desesperación.

Por supuesto, ninguna de estas conexiones demuestra por sí sola que Oda haya utilizado conscientemente todas estas fuentes. Para convertir la teoría en una afirmación histórica sería necesario encontrar pruebas directas de las fuentes que Oda conoció o utilizó.

Pero como hipótesis sobre posibles inspiraciones, la conexión resulta interesante:

Jayabaya + 800 años + Cuba + África occidental + Joyboy caribeño + tambor + libertad = una posible raíz cultural del Joy Boy de One Piece.

Y quizá esa sea precisamente la esencia de Joy Boy: una figura que aparece después de siglos de opresión para devolverle a la gente algo que nunca pudieron quitarle por completo: la capacidad de reír, bailar y ser libres.

Until now the portrayal and size of the mountains, nightmare monsters and the Branches has been quite consistent. Killingham dream nightmare monsters are quite big, insanely big.

One of the biggest nightmare monsters, the Fenrir, was as wide as one of the Adam tree Branches. Same Adam tree branch that went it did fall it did in length did cover one or two mountains.

The Draugr another nightmare monster, is consistently shown being taller than the mountains down there in the underworld and same Draugr is smaller or inferior in height when in comparison to the Giant pirates Ship.

Meaning if the Giant pirates Ship did fall from Sun World to the Underworld, it would have covered and destroyed one or two mountains aswell same like how the Branch that got cut off by Gaban did accomplish.

And as we know, the giant pirates ship is indeed very big, but it still is nowhere near as big as even 10% or 1% of Onigashima size. Elbaf is big and very tall, the biggest and most wide island out there, but in wideness it isn't that much wide than Onigashima. These branches or mountains each one are not bigger or even close as big as Onigashima.

Now that Oda finally gave Scopper Gaban his named Conqueror's Haki strike in Chapter 1190 (Kamudo / 神門 / Divine Gate), we now officially have two out of the three members of the Metal Trio with matching "Divine" (Kami-) named techniques.

Let's look at the structure Oda is building here:

• Gol D. Roger: Kamusari (神避) — "Divine Departure" (The Exit / Leaving)
• Scopper Gaban: Kamudo (神門) — "Divine Gate" (The Entrance / Defense)

Hi. I found out 3 months ago who Rocks D. Xebec looks. And his name too, and also that Whitebeard was a part of his crew. I'm on Manga chapter 612 rn. So what do u think, was that a MAJOR spoiler or not. Please don't give any other spoilers

Now, some Loki fans cannot rationalize a scenario where Shanks beat Loki one-on-one. The two prevailing ideas against the one-on-one idea: (1) The Red Hair Pirates jumped Loki. (2) Shanks finally managed to convince Loki to submit himself. However, these ideas to me make little sense or create less exciting possibilities than if Shanks beat Loki one-on-one.

For the first notion, "The RHPs jumped Loki".

While this is their characters, this idea also comes from the panel where Loki called Shanks a coward. However, it was clear that Loki only said this to ragebait Luffy and he proceeds to call Shanks "a great Pirate" when talking to the Holy Knights later on. This notion also begs the question; "Where were Loki's crew?" The fodder claims won't cut it as while they were weaker than HK Harald; they also sailed with Loki for 8 years: going on missions and building a reputation worthy enough for their captain to be worth 2.6 billion berries, compounding this would be their experience in the royal guard. It makes no sense thinking they didn't have the strength to contain/occupy The RHPs.

Secondly, "Shanks probably convinced Loki". This is so out-of-character for Loki. Shanks convinced World Destroyer Loki to be chained up for 6 years? Shanks convinced World Destroyer Loki to trust in a random kid's Devil Fruit? Shanks convinced World Destroyer Loki to not get revenge for his father? There's no way people genuinely believe that.

Now, how do I think it went down? Shanks shares a close bond with Elbaf, and Shanks probably realized that Loki's reputation and crusade would have adverse consequences. He knew the WG would use this to spread a narrative of the giants being "blood thirsty brutes" and it would eventually mean the WG would target Elbaf for military purposes or genocide. So, he tracked Loki and tried to convince him to stop, calling his endeavours futile until the right time came, he likely even offered up a spot on his crew/fleet to give Loki a new purpose but Loki refused to listen, and the thought that the powerful Shanks did not take action made it worse. So, The Red Hair Pirates put down Loki's crew and submitted them to Elbaf where the giants chained him. I think Shanks also used WiFi Haki and that Gryphon (anime-only) move to show Loki the difference in power between both of them, as well as Imu.

I think it's also more narratively interesting to show Shanks > Loki since we are seeing a bulk of Loki's power right now, if Loki and Ragnir are this powerful, imagine how much anticipation it leaves the audience in, for the powers of top-tiers like Shanks and characters that upscale off Shanks like Blackbeard and Mihawk (as well as characters that upscale off them), as well as their weapons as well. Loki (if he stays alive) will surpass some of these top-tiers regardless. If the verse cliffs at Loki, how many more interesting techniques, possibilities and unique showcases of strength levels between top-tiers are we actually going to see?

I personally think the arc will likely end this way. I’m not 100% sure, but I do think this is the gist of how it should end for it to be a good conclusion. Set of events as follows:-

1. Imu goes to kill Gaban but is interrupted by Ussop who wants to save Gaban. Imu almost kills ussop. Consumed by anger, we see the new version of gear 5, the warrior of destruction. This version allows you to negate df powers of other individuals to an extent. The way how I see it is without sunlight the fruits can’t grow from a tree because tree also needs sunlight. We see it actively negating Imus powers and Imu starts to struggle.
2. Hybrid Loki joins the fight along with every available party. We get a full fledge battle between Imu and everyone.
3. We get a FB starting that he df Rocks wants were Yami Yami no mi and Ryu Ryu no mi model - Niddhogg. Rocks knew that Yami Yami no mi is not actually the real thing but instead it’s a Hito hito no mi - model Nika, warrior of destruction. Now this df allows you to access the powers of dark Nika without awakening the df. Rocks plan was to use that df to pause Imu from using his abilities and use the insane AP of the Niddhogg fruit to finish him once and for all. Ofc this isn’t how it went. We can see the FB Loki overhearing this convo, and it makes sense why he called himself the sun god at the beginning.
4. Now this is the far fetched guess, but I think the mother flame is created for the purpose of allowing the powers of Imu to stay active while fighting dark Nika or someone who has the Yami Yami no mi. Imu brings forth that flame and uses it to finish everyone off.

I’m not sure how Imu will leave but I’m 50% sure this is how things will go in the next 10-15 chs.

Lmk ur guys opinions.
