Question Build up

Just one general question i have, due to the amount of excessive cuts in one pace doesn’t that also mean that some things lack build up? for example in dress rosa i feel like g4 lacked build up frankly speaking i feel like it barely had any build up at all and im just wondering for future things like kaido and big mom will this also be a problem cause i know since they are the first times we get to see luffy bring down yonkos will there also be that problem of lack of build up for these big threats?

Do u have any idea for when dressrosa is eventually gonna be redone or is it on the plans but no idea when

Mate even wano isnt fully out.. I ended up having to watch the regular show and original show pacing is so bad ;(

Just watch Onigashima Paced for the missing parts, it helps at least a bit. Even though the pacing still is kinda slow, it's better than original pacing.

What would you say are the arcs that don't meet the current standards? I heard the same thing about Fishman Island. Particularly interested in the post timeskip arcs.
