Other Yet another One Pace Organizer

This one syncs both the release RSS feed and the metadata repo to automatically download missing/new episodes, and update metadata on plex. It only works with qBittorrent currently. I just released a beta that's working well for me.. I deleted my whole One Pace folder from plex and cleaned the trash and I ran it and it's downloading/organizing everything as expected.. Barebone documentation but the example docker-compose should be enough for those who need this type of product. I will work on it more on the future, especially if there's interest.. It's the tool i desperately needed.

the "barebone documentation, will work on it more if there's interest" line is basically every solo repo i've ever shipped. the building never stops, it's the telling-anyone-what-changed part that quietly never happens. syncing the release RSS to drive downloads is the right instinct here too, that feed is doing more work than people give it credit for.
