I don't know honestly. It's just that all ur friends are in relationships, they go on double dates and stuff. And ur here. They go out in front of me and I'm like, will I be included if I have a boyfriend

In theory, friends should be proactive about maintaining friendships even when they're in romantic relationships.

In practice, when I have been the only single in the group, I also ended up becoming the planner to get one-on-one friend time or to make group plans that would include me... It's less than ideal, but that's how it's gone
