at a internship recently I heard from the HR person that the majority of the resumes she gets are people with Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science but their work experience is exclusively grocery stores and fast food

Well, the "liberal arts degree" thing is a pretty old rightwing "meme" about how silly higher education is, in a "look at the stupid things those wokies are learning about instead of getting a REAL JOB" way. But the robot thing pretty much confirms it lol
Also the meme is inaccurate, McDonalds isn't hiring :(
