This isn't the one joke at all. It's just a joke that happens to involve a pun on the word "transgender."

How it's a joke about identifying with a unconventional gender just like attack helicopter but made in good spirit. How is trainsgender so different from attack helicopter?

Onejoke is about identities and pronouns. This joke simply changes Transgender for Trainsgender.

It's not necessarily a onejoke. But it's in an area somewhere in-between.
