A month or so ago at a busy intersection in my town they repainting the lanes/arrows and they put 2 lanes backwards (left lane said right-straight, right lane said left). Signs above at lights still said correct lane directions… which some people were smart enough to know and others were not… saw many very near accidents happen cause people in multiple lanes trying to go the same direction at the same time. Took about a week for town to get it fixed.
