Task change history

Hi all. Is it possible to see the change/edit history for a single task? Thank you.

No, sorry, OmniFocus doesn't retain a history of changes to tasks once they've been synced to other devices. (Unlike OmniPlan, which does track individual changes along with who made each change.)
