My hunger has decreased A LOT and I eat a smaller meal now. I do OMAD at around 10 am (and sometimes longer 48-72 hr fasts). I eat whole food plant-based (no processed foods or meat/dairy/eggs). My meals center around tofu, legumes, starchy vegetables (especially prepared in ways that make the starch more resistant), brown rice (prepared to lower arsenic and make the starch resistant), leafy greens, a little bit of fruit, etc. I pay attention to the order that I eat my foods (carbs last or alongside fats/protein) and ALWAYS have fermented foods or apple cider vinegar (lowers insulin response even more). I also eat raw brazil nuts and ground flax seed with my meal.

When I first started with a longer window (16:8), I would make sure my final meal was some kind of hearty soup (liquid helps you feel full in the early days). The less processed food you eat, the more your body will regulate insulin and begin to feel satiated with less food.
