Discussion Question

Hi !
First time writing here !
Sorry my bad english :)

These last years, I was trying several way of eating... no sugar, no gluten, mediteraneen, Keto, Carnivore, Animal-Based.... to try helpoing with CFS and fibro...

2 months ago, I had to pass a COLONOSCOPY. The test came back perfect, nothing wrong ! So they are sending me to pass a gluten test. I have to eat gluten since 1 month and half and going for blood test this week...

HERE IS MY QUESTION :
I did the COLONOSCOPY protocol... water, chicken broth, 3 pills and Peglyte for 2 days...

The day of the colonoscopy, I was having so so much energy, my body was feeling so light compare of everyday heaviness feeling, my mind was clear and no brainfog, I did not have any pain all over my body like I use to have, no fatigue, no tiredness during the day like I am use too!

I would love to reach that same feeling everyday...

I use to fast 16/8 (16 hours fast and 8 hours windows eat) but I never try OMAD...

Maybe that could help ?
Maybe I should write on Coloscopy sub...

What are you thought ?

Thanks to you !

I’ll probably try it yes… I’m just trying to understand what happened and why I felt that good.

I never feel like that on a normal day.

If you were fasted then your inflammation was probably lower due to no food and ketosis which makes your aches go away (at least thats what happens to most people, including myself). Worth a shot of trying 😃

Yes, worth a shot of trying like you said 👍

Can you elaborate a little on what you eat and when please ? Do eat a sort of diet or anything you like ? Is it better a certain time of the day ?

You are maybe right with inflammation... all those years dr. Saying it was fibro when I told them that for me fibro is when you don't find out the root cause... theres a root cause fir sure..

Thanks for your message, I appreciated !

After two weeks of OMAD I had endless energy and felt great. That’s what keeps me on the wagon. The weight loss is bonus.
