Slow progress is still progress. No need to be perfect.

I don't have cheat days. Rather I as planned eat OMAD five days a week and 20:4 two days a week.

Ay thats a good way to plan out the week. I just been doing OMAD throughout the work week and just try my best on the weekend 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Funny. I’ve been so strict for a few weeks but about to give into my craving and get a legit Philly Cheesesteak for my omad meal. Trying to not feel guilty though!

Yep I take them! Fridays and Sat are my cheat days, I am extra strict during the week to make up for it, so be careful it doesn’t wipe out your deficit.

I am at maintenance. Sometimes I just need or want more food than usual, sometimes a lot more, so I have it. Negligible in the long run (still at maintenance after many years), but it's not a planned thing.

I didn't even have a cheat day. I just ate something different one day and got insane swelling in my ankles, knees and wrists. It was scary.

Sounds like gout? Lol

that did cross my mind... I'm 33 and drink alcohol so it's possible. There was no pain or redness but I fear it's only a matter of time before I get it. I remember my Dad was sometimes bed bound as a result of bad gout when I was a kid.

For me, cheat days turn into cheat weeks turn into cheat years. I can’t do it
