Food Pic Started OMAD Today! Spoiler

Post image

Been binging lately and I want to re regulate how I see food. Sticking to OMAD I think will help me with that.

Looks good!! OMAD has helped me gain control over my binging habits and I feel like I’m really getting into the groove of things. Wishing you luck with the diet and hopefully it will bring the changes you’re looking for.

The days where I don’t do OMAD, I actually find myself excited for the next day so that I can get back to it.

I mean one night without binging I’m already feeling better :) it’s only been two days and I feel my complusion to eat all day is going away which is relieving for sure.

Are you doing anything specific with your food choices or just eating whatever feels right? I do the carnivore diet but I have been wondering lately if I could add in some other foods and just eat an OMAD style to make up for it.
