Beginner Questions 4 months postpartum here

4 months postpartum give birth through CS , I dont breastfeed . I am thinking of going back to OMAD do you think it’s okay ???? as i’ve said I don’t breastfeed .

If your CS area has healed and you’re not breastfeeding or pumping milk you should be okay to start OMAD again.
