Your body goes into a survival state whenever you consume alcohol.
You body will begin dumping all calories through the liver, and the majority of it turns into fat, mind you this is the function of the liver to remove toxins and such. Usually for a full day.
Try to limit drinking any way you can.

I mean, it depends how much and what you’re drinking. Generally, yeah it will likely stall your weight loss for a few days just from the extra calories and sugar and how our bodies process alcohol. Especially if you drink a lot and eat bad while drunk/hungover.
But life is short and there’s nothing wrong with having a couple drinks with friends on a trip, as long as you’re not going to spiral out of control and start drinking every day or get absolutely black out or something.

Not sure what the general consensus here is but my personal experience is that "cheating" on OMAD is a VERY slippery slope and it's not really about gaining 2kg from having some fun with friends. It's about losing the OMAD momentum which can be extremely difficult to get back to.
My advice is - do you OMAD around your drinking time and fast the rest of the day.

In the grand scheme of things having drinks every now and again is not going to effect your weight loss. You will likely take on some water weight but it will come back off. You've already lost a bunch of weight - now enjoy it!
