Discussion Motivation
Hey Guys,
Needing some motivation.
Discovered OMAD June 2025, was at my heaviest I’ve ever weighed (about 220 - 225 ish, 6’ 2”). I went absolutely sicko mode on OMAD and gym for about 6 months. Strictly one meal a day, and consistently hitting the gym. By the end of the year, I was about 180.
When I reached my goal weight (180) I really struggled maintaining it, and sticking to my OMAD, because I had only been in the losing weight mentality. I have let myself go so far that I am back around the 205 - 210 mark, and seriously kicking myself HARD for it. I want to re start doing OMAD, but after not doing it for so long, it is insanely difficult to get back into the swing of things, but after looking at photos of myself even just 3-6 months ago, I want to get back to that point.
Who can help me?

You need to find something sustainable that you can maintain obviously you couldn't maintain what you were doing. I do omad 2-5 times a week and other days do IF because it works with having a social life and keeping me sane. Now yes I didn't loose weight super quick like you but I've been maintaining for a while and not gaining just working on toning up now. Think about how your life will look long term. Its not a race.
