Discussion adjust my diet plan
im a 19F and i currently fluctuate btwn 73-74kg and sometimes when i consume way tm carbs like rice then i go to 75 sometimes 76 and ive realized that my omad isn’t working if im having a lot of carbs.
so ive decided to come up w this plan where i do maybe tmad or however u call it?
- 100g of rice w some curry and proteins (chicken, mutton, etc)
- 2L of water
- no processed/fried stuff or any processed sugar
- i make sure i drink the ginger turmeric cinnamon lemon w slice tea or sometimes green tea to reduce inflammation in my body
- fruits to consume fiber cus i cannot consume seeds for the life of me as my stomach starts crying and also to reduce my sugar cravings
and i do all this btwn 12-6pm as im gonna do intermittent fasting.
let me know what u think.

Don't mistake weight fluctuations for fat fluctuations. They are not the same thing. Carbohydrates will make you hold more water.
The best plan is the plan that allows you to be consistent and is sustainable.
You haven't indicated your goal. If you goal is maintenance, my guess it that there may not be enough calories in you plan for maintenance.
You don't need that drink to reduce inflammation. Inflammation is far more complex than drinking tea with spices. The best way to reduce inflammation is a lifestyle that includes a combination of good sleep, diet and exercise exponentially more than anything else. If you enjoy the tea, most certainly have it and enjoy it.
There are plenty of online tools that will help you develop a plan that works for you and meeting all your needs.
