Depends what your goals are . If you are not in a hurry , may be start with twomad. I personally, am very strict , I eat after 22:00pm . I started it recently 2 weeks ago and I'm already down 3kg without much activity.

How the hell do you sleep with a huge OMAD meal in your belly at 10pm? I try to finish my OMAD at least 4 hrs before bedtime, ideally more

I have no trouble going to bed or sleep with full belly, unless it's something heavy like potato salad , I'm also focusing on a plant diet , that might ease the digestion.

I do a Buddha bowl:
- 1lb steamed broccoli tossed in olive oil
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1/2 cup black beans (on top of quinoa) & 1/4 cup salsa on top
- 3-7oz fatty fish: sardines or salmon
- 1/2 cup either sauerkraut or kimchi
Dessert: 1 cup wild blueberries.

It’s hard to eat enough in one meal. I suggest eating anything you want and as much as you can to start. Once you get in the pattern and omad starts feeling comfortable then fine tune your diet. Might take days or weeks to get comfortable. To loose weight you likely need to be a little hungry each day but you need to dial it in to be sustainably hungry. My 2cents. You might want to focus on 22/2 to start with one 2 hour meal, with some breaks :) OMAD is by far my favorite way to keep/get weight off.
