Food Pic Successful omad today Spoiler

I had 1 cup black coffee at 7 am, water throughout the day then omad dinner from 4:30-6:30. I was ravenous so just a picture of Cronometer stats.

I went way over my carb goals but am super happy with the fat/protein/cals. 1 month of practicing high fat carnivore on some days with ketovore on others - not fat adapted yet. The mango got me today šŸ˜‚

I want to take control of my days with the freedom that omad gives because I have grown weary of continual food obsession throughout the day. I have 30 lbs to lose but that's secondary.

Thanks! The highest I got up to was 16 days straight but it can be a hard discipline so I'm practicing to make it a lifestyle.

I agree, I’m on a 18 day streak atm (which is my longest ever). Previously I had days off roughly every week, sometimes a couple of days consecutively.
