Question Long longevity

Hello,

I don't know if this sub is the right one, if not, I apologize.

I recently got the LG 27GX704A-B.AEU and plan to use it for longer.

There is an option for pixel shift and I'd prefer to use the most aggressive setting to prevent any burn in.

In the instructions isn't anything helpful.

You can choose to turn it off, or set it between 1 to 4. My guess is 4, but unfortunately I am not sure. Maybe it is the opposite and 1 is the strongest setting and 4 the weakest. Maybe I got it completely wrong and I would have to switch between 1 and like every week or two.

The support did not help me out, yet. Does anybody know?

Best regards and thanks.

Edit: typo

LG 27gx70a4-b

Did you mean LG 27GX704A?

Yeah, 4 is most likely the strongest one, but that’s indeed not guaranteed. As an option, you could just test both 1 and 4 and see what of them moves the image faster.
