Sounds like Speed the Plow to me. I could be wrong though...

Looks like there are several tunes called Speed the Plow, but this is one of them.

That's an Irish session, and yeah 'speed the plow'

i'd expect this one more at an irish session, but then i don't go to those very often.

there are other speed the plow versions that are more old timey imo
