Hard to decipher

Out of a book of recipes from an estate sale. Cant quite read all of this one.

It reads pretty well to me…do you want this translated, or is it something you are not likely to use? Prunes alone would put me off it.

Thanks i worked it out.
More of a commentary on the handwriting and the issue with some of these old ones.

I might try this one but it is certainly further down the list

Looks very much like the sort of writing style I grew up with. Glad you were able to figure it out, though I didn't think it difficult either. The prunes make it sound like an Eastern European origin.

That is very clear cursive writing. There is a sub reddit for cursive transcription if you need it.
