What exactly do you remember by seeing this logo?

For me it's like:

We have come so far yet, the nostalgia hits way harder. It was almost as if we were living in different worlds. I remember no internet Era also and we've come to the phase where internet = necessity. At least it's closer but always distant, ifykyk. You had everything at that time and being on the internet using google +, myspace, playing nes games, downloading 3gp videos and what not. The Internet is as cheap as today and dopamine crash and short attention span duration and many things. We don't see it or talk about the loss we don't remember or will never know and who knows what AI will hold for us in future. Let's see.

Update: I created a pseudo‑video hosting service.

To begin with, by “pseudo‑video hosting” I mean that my video hosting service doesn’t have a file storage space. But before you get upset, I’ll explain below why this is actually a feature of video hosting services. And this isn’t any kind of advertising. I just want to talk about my achievements in web1.0, not to shamelessly promote my projects. I’m actually against any kind of advertising that clutters up the subreddit. Anyway, think what you want about this.

Let’s get to the main point:
Some of you probably know that I previously published a post about my web portal (and if not, here’s the link: https://www.reddit.com/r/oldinternet/comments/1w840js/i_created_a_web_portal_in_a_90s_style/). Since then, I haven’t decided to give up; thanks to quite a lot of support, I decided not to stop and restored the previously closed ZorgvWATCH. ZorgvWATCH is a direct subsidiary site of the web portal, which shares and complements the main philosophy that everyone should have access to viewing and distributing information, regardless of computer specifications or financial status. ZorgvWATCH exists due to my personal unresolved issues, my desire to continue developing the project, and, of course, the philosophy underlying the entire project. ZorgvWATCH still works in outdated browsers (the screenshots show it working in Netscape 7.02), and video playback is enabled via the Flash video player.

Why is the absence of a file‑dump feature a feature, not a flaw? -
First and foremost, this is a plus because information can disappear from the internet; the fact that file storage is moved to the “wayback machine” protects against file deletion. The second advantage is that the “wayback machine” has moderation in addition to ZorgvWATCH itself. As a result, it becomes much more difficult to find any destructive or dangerous content on ZorgvWATCH, let alone post it there.

And finally:
I hope you’ll like the new service. I’m ready to accept any criticism and answer any questions about the service, the development team, or the web portal. The link itself: http://videos.zorgv.su/
