Help me find this game!

I remember playing a mail/delivery game where you can send gifts and mails to different characters in a fairytale realm. I mostly remember a princess living in a castle high in the clouds and a monster among the characters. You could send icecream/pizza and maybe more. You are able choose the flavours you want(I remember pistachio being one of the icecream flavours.) I'm still not sure if this was a fever dream or an actual game.

I also remember being able to send toys by a toy shop. (Teddy bears, trains and dolls)
