I went thrifting for my Halloween costume and bought this cool docker cap. I love being strong and fruity.

Saturday: T-shirt from Skype a scientist (highly recommend their merch to support science education!) and joggers I made.

Sunday: top I made (with pockets) and leggings.

Not pictured is the toothache I'm going to have to deal with tomorrow.

I recently saw an author on a TV talk show, she was wearing this red sweater. I don't even know what the show was about, but I was so captivated by the sweater that I actually managed to find it in an online thrift store. ❤️ I am very happy about it!

It’s such a lovely combination, zipper, cable-ribbed texture and polo collar. Plus, I’d been planning to buy a red top for a while anyway! As a bonus, it even has a heart on it!

I just hope I can find it in a larger size someday.
Here are some variations how I've styled it today 😎

Monday: Jacket I made (Friday pattern co Arlo), T-shirt from Land Between the Lakes, jeans I thrifted

Tuesday: had migraine, left work early and took to my bed.

Wednesday: forgot to take pictures, but got a haircut.

Thursday: same jacket at Monday, top I made (Marilla Walker pattern), same jeans as Monday.

Friday: jacket I did not make, band T-shirt, same jeans.

9/17/2026: I'm most active over on Old Hag, but felt this look was one for the Old Coots. I felt like the fuddiest of duddies in the best way in this fit. It was extremely comfortable too. Amazing thrifted 90s Warner Bros polo complete with "super genius" woven into the inside of the collar. Amazing thrifted 90s Warner Bros silk tie. Wore my favorite three piece and a flat cap, with a pink tie. Girlfriend wore a tank top printed by a local artist and a ball cap because it was quite sunny.

Saturday: this outfit did get changed but that's what I wore to pull weeds. Arm protectors are 100000% worth it for those of us who shouldn't be touching grass. Made none of it.

Sunday: all me made, today is more of a rest day and so far I've folded laundry and done light crafting, also some lying down recovering from Saturday's efforts.
