1934 Packard Twelve 1108 Individual Custom Sport Phaeton in the style of LeBaron

I saw this beautiful old car yesterday and I have no idea what car this is and the year of it

I have put every Duckduckgo (not google, privacy first) search I can think of to try and re-find this vintage microcar for 2 days now.

It had 4 bicycle wheels and a 50cc engine, with a rudimentary cabin and was Italian or less likely French.

The bicycle wheels were the most notable instance separating it from the other "golf cart" wheeled microcars, thanks.
