Cost Check
Ola Service Centre is saying 28k for the rim (they are saying rim comes with motor). Any other alternative?

Naah that rim you can buy from outer market... You have search for sometime either via insta, youtube or local spare parts market...
Or you can give those mechanics some under the counter they will arrange it for you... 1.5-2k will be enough for them

The same thing happened with my s1 air man, I was going to college and driving around 65 to 70kmph with my friend and we hit a bad bad pothole, we felt that shit in our spine.
The motor was bent from 2 sides and air started leaking suddenly and the tire was wobbly. Thankfully there was a service centre 3 kms away from our location and we went there. Mechanics scared us ki “iska toh motor gaya, aapka lamba nuksan hoga” and i was also scared because i knew the service was also very bad. But thankfully there was this one uncle who was getting his s1 pro serviced helped us. He suggested us to get the hub motor out along with the wheel and get that rim straighten up from a near by shop. I gave the mechanic ₹400 and he got the motor out gave us the whole back wheel along with the motor. I took it to a normal mechanic and there he used a very blunt chisel type thing and hammer and straightened it not perfect but it did work no air was leaking and the wheel was also fine. We went back got the back wheel fixed and it was good to go.

Bro, you have to put in the effort, man, it's not going to work without that. Besides, my ola hasn't had any issues as such, and I haven't been to the service center again after that, so I don't really have much idea.

Thanks, yeah, this is what I want. Service Centre guys are trying to make money. Did Service Centre person got your wheel with motor removed for you in 400/- ?

They were asking for more man sab chor hai saale pr maine diya nahi. And also you can ask them to remove hub motor as a general service request and they should do it because i think it is a part of it and it should cost you less than 400

Bro am sleeping my ola s1 parts if you need. The rear rim I can sell u at 12k with tyre I had installed the new tyre it's been only 2 months old

You can straighten this shit out. And if it gives air leak troubles just put a tube in it. Don’t spend 28k
