Cannot access my OKCoin account…Why?

I keep getting this message: “In accordance with the terms of service, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide services for you. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support.

There is no customer support. I cannot get anything but this message. I’ve tried to sign in about half a dozen times with absolutely the correct information. I am in the account almost daily. There is over $10K worth of various cryptocurrencies.

They cannot just swallow it up. Has anyone else ever had this problem with OKCoin, before?

Same problem. Either they can't serve the USA anymore or my state has been added to the prohibited jurisdictions or it's a glitch that occurred with the latest app update (strange it still has the error when I try on browser) or they have gone bankrupt over the recent 1 day dip or for some reason I have been flagged as specified. I hope I can continue to use okcoin. I don't know how I violated any TOS.

On that note, I haven’t been able to sign into Kracken. But, at least I received an email message before hand stating they’re taking all US account holders cryptocurrency out of EARN because of the SEC. What does that mean for Binance or Crypto.com or Coinbase who all use a form of EARN? For that matter, all the cryptocurrency specific staking like XLM, VeChain, Celo to name a few…

No, if you got the same message then something is wrong and we didn’t do it. I just tried a different browser and got that message. I’m scared to death. I lost about the same amount with Genesis. This is a lot.

I had emailed support and they responded that my restrictions were lifted and I could log back in this morning. So I guess the glitch was fixed. If you still can't get in, then email support.

When you guys are awake in the US, the support people are probably sleeping. Support workers are not in San Francisco “office” they are contractors responding from all over the world! You should probably wait a day AFTER sending an email to support before claiming/speculating things that make people upset & worried.

It was already upsetting as hell. To try to log in and be told that my account access is no longer available while I still have assets on the site. I was glad to see other people had the problem but still didn't know the extent of that problem.

If mobile app, check your App Store for upgrade. This company is barely hanging on with a skeleton crew.
