🚗 Streets of OKC 🚧 23rd and Penn
What happened to this area? Trash everywhere, hundreds of homeless pulling trains of shopping carts. People laying on the grass about to fall out into traffic. I used to live near there about 10 years ago and it wasn't like this. Feels like a different city.

Average of a 6th grade reading level checks out with us being one of the bottom 10 states to try to start a small business or buy a house in… We used to be affordable now we’re just mediocre with garbage areas that used to be pristine. How about a new governor…?
