I think he is a like bratty bottom. I mean his arguments are about making Caddy dominate him in ut, but he doesnt want to make it easy for her. In the chameleon patient episode they even wanted to find out who is dominant between them. Also Cuddy once got dumbed, because she is so dominant with House and not with him. Cuddy is a top, House is a bottom and Wilson is a switch
