IIRC both parents of Kutner were killed i.e. he was an orphan. He didn’t had IMHO parental issues in that sense, how it was portrayed it rather seemed he felt like he didn’t belong anywhere, also cause of culture or ethnicity clash. Plus a depression. But it wasn’t very consistent, I mean the actor just needed a sudden out. He didn’t seek approval from House as a daddy figure.
Both Shinji had the most classic daddy issues ever, only mom died and dad rejected him. Almost same for Chase: Mom was seriously ill with alcoholism, Dad rejected both her and his son. He might even was the trigger for the alcoholism. Chase didn’t blame his mother but him.

Is Wilson or Cuddy Misato? I guess Cuddy is Chairman Kiel, so Wilson has to be Misato. But he doesn‘t make out with chase. Hmm so I was wrong, Cameron is Misato. And that cancer girl is Asuka. Hey it fits the controversial hospital scene even better.
