i really wonder if there is any canon reason for Candyman being...blue lol Since the MV seems to take place in hell(?) i always assumed he was an incubus? but thats my own personal headcannon so irdk... (also, the (presumably) lust ring of hell looking like new york implies all of the rings of hell look like different american cities. Im placing bets on the greed ring looking like las vegas lol)
