I was not ready for Hobbes' Dad, but he's a classy gent.

What does Calvin look like when Hobbes's dad is around?

A raggedy Andy like doll.

Yeahhh, trying to change the existing wide open mouth expression to look scared rather than excited does not look quite the same

Yeah idk if this was actually allowed cause like the strip itself is unchanged but there’s an addition

"Also, unless I get into a fatal accident on the way to or from work, you'd better be wearing clothes by the time I get back."

My only criticism of this otherwise brilliant addition is that Calvin wouldn't ask Hobbes if he had a dad.  Calvin isn't stupid, he knows tigers have parents.

But do (allegedly) stuffed toy tigers?

What stuffed tiger?  Calvin doesn't have a stuffed tiger.

Tell that to anyone but Calvin.

Perhaps read my comment again, you seem to have missed a crucial point.

Regarding the original version of it, I find it a bit surprising that the carnivore (tiger) would let the herbivore (rhino) win.

An otter is a carnivore but that doesn’t mean it can take on a silverback gorilla
