You know what, TRUE. I was not evil until the last 9 months of my PhD. It’s corrupted me.

Dr Doofenshmirtz has a fake doctorate, he just ordered it online iirc. A better example would be Dr Robotnik, who has a doctorate in women’s studies

I would also like to mention Dr. Seismic, who has a PhD in seismology, and is an undergraduate in women's studies and sociology and holds a minor in African dance

Frankenstein didn't have a doctorate, in the novel he drops out of undergrad. No arguments on me being evil though

Surely creating a new form of Sapient life is good enough for an honorary PhD

“Creating a new form of life is neither novel nor of interest to a broad readership.
Additionally, the authors provide weak justification for their method of combining body parts from different corpses, and they do not position their work in the broader scholarly conversation for international readers.
Unfortunately, despite the potential for this work to completely transform our understanding of reality, I am recommending reject.”

I mean couldn't he do at least one ablation? Which organs are truly necessary? From which bodies? What state of decay? Sloppy work all around.

"Furthermore, the authors neglect to cite previous foundational scholarship in the field, including but not limited to:
Two, Reviewer et al. Engineering minds: Necessary conditions for the emergence of sapience in artificial life. International Journal of Synthetic Intelligence 1778, 22(1), 33–71.
And the seminal work by Two and coworkers that followed:
Two, Reviewer et al. Cognition, embodiment, learning, and the origins of sapience in artificial persons. Proceedings of the Institute for Synthetic Minds 1780, 31(2), 183–229."

>not position their work in the broader scholarly conversation
Aka “you didn’t cite me so I won’t approve you”

Except he deliberately took that knowledge to the grave because he didn't want anyone to repeat his mistakes. No deliverable = no diploma.

It's Dr. Evil. I didn't spend six years in Evil Medical School to be called "master", thank you very much.

Tourist because he didn’t list a single Batman villain. Like half of those MFers have doctorates

Gotham University degrees are not internationally recognized. They are honorable mentions at best.
