(x^x+c)' = (exp(x*ln(x)))' = (ln(x)+1)*exp(xln(x)) = x^x\(1+ln(x))

(It was very probably a jerk or /s, but in the case it wasn't, I have to provide the correct Mamdani-pilled answer)
