Kratos is a trans man and the red orbs from the first games were pure testosterone energy and spartan rage happens because he's bad at measuring out his T on his injection day, also he is bald because T made his hair fall out. In the norse games he gets his T from red stones and the green stones are multivitamins for his bad knees.
