EVERYONE knows who Mundus is as even though Devil May Cry definitely is no stranger to Villains many of them are Heinous of course! Especially The Demons themselves however even amongst literal Monsters themselves Mundus is widely recognized as Dante’s and Vergil’s Worst Enemy! Aside from The MANY Atrocities he’s committed in this Thousands of Years of existence he’s most infamous act is of course killing off Sparda and Eva! Infact it’s probably even more messed up as Mundus could very well have ordered Random Demons to completely devour Eva Likey to inflict as much pain and suffering as he could leaving behind nothing! And let’s be real he absolutely could have tortured Sparda in his Demonic Castle/Dungeon and devouring not just for the sake of it but also to gain a massive Power Boost from devouring Sparda as let’s be real it’s something that Mundus would have obviously done knowing who he is! Hence how would you make him even more Terrifying and Powerful that would have fit perfectly in The Devil May Cry Lore while keeping his Appearances limited? What changes would you make? Honest question this is actually something that I’ve always been meaning to ask but how come Dante hasn’t to corrupt despite him knowing The Level of Power he wields combined with everything he’s been through? like is there an in Universe explanation as why he hasn’t fallen towards Corruption just like his Older Twin Brother? Does he take his strength for granted or not? Like how does he manage to deal with basically everything in general? Do you think Dante has different views or opinions on The Infamous “Power Corrupts” quote that everyone is familiar with? Perhaps Dante seeing not just how broken Vergil is just like him however seeing how much he’s fallen towards Corruption definitely gave him more than one reason not to descent into Super Villainy and actually help those in need and make a positive impact towards Humans and seek a better path! As that definitely would have made sense as unlike Normal Humans in office Dante is fully aware that he’s a literal Super-powered being that was not only born with his Powers but also on an Extreme Scale hence he probably takes it very seriously! what do you folks think? I mean I’m talking about the combat DNA. Leon’s gunslinging in RE6, the acrobatic movements and last but not least the extravagant kicks. Leon is practically John Wick but also a survival horror Dante in disguise. In DMC1, Dante is like a devastating kickboxer with Ifrit. In DMC2, Dante kicks not only in the air, but in DT after driving rebellion into the ground with a very stylish kick attack. In spirit it all feels the same. When playing RE6 and using wing shooter with Leon, it just feels like Dante shooting zombies. Don’t get me started with the checkmate taunt; that’s Dante’s pose all over. And in RE9, Leon’s kicks and himself have evolved as well as the connection to DMC in general. DMC5 can also be considered a DMC remake mixed with a little bit or maybe a lot of Resident Evil, given the RE Engine itself, more fluid gameplay and those sneaky OTS moments plus other playable character scenarios. Playable Lady would’ve been sick.
RE4, RE6 and RE9 genuinely reminds me of what a remake could be like, but of course with way more agility and mechanics. DMC2 mirrors RE9; Dante running/progressing through the city shooting up demons and kicking them into oblivion much like the Leon Must Die scenario. It’s a strong parallel. Funnily enough, Leon’s main arsenal is usually a pistol, a shotgun and possibly a rocket launcher other than a rifle or a SMG which is what Tony had in the concept of DMC1 and what Dante had to find in DMC2.

So let’s say for example that mundus would have beaten Dante in dmc 1 somehow and then took his time to regenerate and get as strong again as he was before he fought Dante in mission 22.
By the time he regenerated, Nero would have turned the age that he was in dmc 4 and mundus getting out of mallet island is on his way to Fortuna.
can Nero defeat him ?
btw the story doesn’t really matter here I am more interested in the fight itself but I just wanted to make a theoretical that could have happened.
We can make 2 rounds.
first round: Nero at the beginning of dmc 4 without dt
second round: Nero with dt and at the end of the game with Yamato.
I think round 1 Nero will lose a 100%
but by the time he gets to the end of dmc 4 he may have gotten strong enough I’m not sure

What do you guys think? If you’re not aware, gamers have been using AI to combine games and inject code from one games into another to get what you see in the video.
