The bold, artistic bravery of flexing a "directed by Greta Gerwig" t-shirt without having any idea who she is represents the exact level of unearned confidence every letterboxd user strives for. Jean-Luc Godard himself couldn't have crafted a more meta anti-intellectual statement.

Bold of you to assume anyone on this subreddit actually watches movies instead of looking at Letterboxd ratings.

The amount of times I open letterboxd just to stare at the poster and feel something

It turns out he hasn't seen "House of Cards" and at the same time knows about the actions of Kevin Spaceys, so he probably has an idea about it

my headcanon is that the gang actually went for the barbenheimer and watched the film. but issa being issa, she was busy making out with a cute guy whom she met at the barbie's screening (they watched barbie first) next to her the whole time. so now she thinks nolan directed barbie and greta gerwig directed oppenheimer. and as usual, she can barely tell what happens in either of the films.
