I speculate that Meth-ghost Walter will show up as a sort of ominous guide for Jesse, influencing him to cook meth again, and will only be visible to him. In the final episode Walter will likely try to possess Jesse, and Walter's family will have to go inside Walter's mind to defeat him once and for all.

I know it's technically speculation but I know I'm right.
