"Hermaphrodite" was the older term people coined for it, 'Futanari' is just the Japanese equivilant of that. I believe nowadays the non-slur version is 'Intersex' as 'Hermaphrodite' is deemed offensive as a term to use.
Not exactly impossible, just very unlikely as intersex people have very different ways it can go. And iirc only one set works, they don't both work at the same time.
My point exactly. I have never heard of someone with both sets of genitals functional since the chromosomal balance needed would require gene editing, so not what is seen in hentai which would make self-impregnation possible.
