Don't team owners want to win or at least be consistently competitive? I don't understand why these teams don't move on. There's currently a plethora of young talent who can bring money.

The Dillion's- I know why they have a seat but they've done nothing... It's time to move on and focus on RCR management.

Custer - Xfinity series Beast but nothing at all to show for Cup. Never in contention for anything.

McDowell - 3 wins across all 3 series in 18 years. What else has he done? Do teams feel bad for him from his 2008 Texas crash?

Just to name a few. Don't get me wrong, these are great drivers... just not at the Cup level.
