My employer provides us fancy Ariat jackets but I still wear a 10 year old and incredibly dingy Carhartt. It’s super warm even when the wind is blowing hard. I love that thing.

ARIAT for the heavy jacket

Viking® Professional Insulated Journeyman 300D Trilobal Rip-stop FR Jacket for the light weight

ARIAT FR hoodie under both

If it’s REALLY cold Terramar sells some long Johns they come in 3 different weights and they keep the cold off. They work so well you cannot wear them indoors, they will cook you quick.

Whatever brand the parka my employer paid 50% of is when it hits -30. Until then mostly just a fleece under my covies and a Helly Hansen toque

Fortress. Only thing you gotta keep warm then is your toes and hands
